Our Paralegal Practitioner programme will upgrade your legal skills and offers an introduction into insurance practice, mercantile law, criminal law, family law, human resource management and paralegal skills.
On completion of this learning programme, you will have the necessary skills to work in a private law firm or legal advice clinic preparing paperwork for court, communicating with clients during trials or court cases and performing other legal duties.

Entrance Requirements
- Students are required to have knowledge, comprehension and application of English at NQF Level 4/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completion of the UniCollege Learning Programme in Legal Assistant or equivalent
- A basic knowledge of elementary accounting is recommended
